HIGH SCHOOL HOCKEY: Gracie scores twice, including winner, as Memorial Marauders beat Glace Bay Panthers in OT

GLACE BAY, N.S. – The Memorial Marauders hot start to the Cape Breton High School Hockey League season continued on Sunday evening in Glace Bay.
Owen Gracie scored twice, including the overtime winner, to lead the Marauders to a 4-3 victory over the Glace Bay Panthers at Miners Forum.
Jasper Allain and Bode MacDougall also found the back of the net for the Marauders, who earned 10 of a possible 12 points during the opening month of the season in October.
Jesse Cathcart, Kale MacDonald and Kyle Nearing replied with goals for the Panthers.
Memorial’s Levi Hull made 17 saves. Glace Bay’s Brandon MacNeil turned aside 28 of 31 shots.
