Redmen to participate in Moncton High School Hockey Classic
SYDNEY, N.S. — One year after losing in the championship game, the Riverview Redmen are going back to the Moncton High School Hockey Classic.
The Redmen will be among 14 teams participating in the four-day tournament, which begins Thursday.
Riverview will open the tournament on Friday at 10 a.m. against the Riverview Royals of Riverview, N.B. The team will also play the Mathieu-Martin Matadors of Dieppe at 5:15 p.m.
The Coxheath school will wrap up the round robin on Saturday at 9:15 a.m. against the Sackville Kingfishers.
The tournament quarter-finals will take place on Saturday evening, while the semifinals and championship games are set for Sunday.
